Self-guided daily practices are designed to fit into modern life, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Private guided sessions run for 45 minutes to allow for focused exploration and discussion.
This is normal. The core of our teaching involves knowing when to pause. If you feel overwhelmed, you are instructed to gently stop the practice, open your eyes, and utilize specific grounding techniques we teach, such as focusing on physical contact points or steadying your breath.
